Cindy Tanghal
Senior Clinical Psychologist
Cindy Tanghal is a Senior Clinical Psychologist with over 18 years of extensive experience working in private and community mental health settings. She has vast experience working with a wide range of complex and prevalent presentations including mood disorders such as Depression, Bi-Polar Affective disorder; Anxiety disorders such as GAD, Social anxiety, Panic disorders, PTSD, OCD; Eating disorders; interpersonal difficulties; Drug and Alcohol problems; and Personality disorders such as BPD.
Cindy aims to provide a safe, non-judgmental space and is in tuned, sensitive and takes a holistic approach to client’s needs. Cindy aims to conjunctively work with her clients in achieving their goals and needs, by tailoring each session with the most suitable evidence-based intervention strategies. Cindy has worked in the Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) outpatient program, at one of Victoria’s largest private psychiatric hospital for several years. She provided therapy to clients diagnosed or presented with traits of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Her role in this DBT 12 month program included weekly DBT individual therapy, DBT skills training, being a member of a DBT consultation team and DBT phone coaching. The work with her clients in the DBT program has led to experience treating many co morbid conditions such as substance abuse, eating disorders, and post-traumatic symptoms. Cindy was the Senior Psychologist, Clinical Lead and DBT Coordinator of an outpatient program and specialist 4-week inpatient program at a private psychiatric hospital.
Additionally, her experience includes conducting short term therapy, critical incident response counselling to natural disasters and clinical assessments such as IQ testing, personality assessment and report writing within an Australian Government department.
Cindy provides supervision to provisional psychologist, psychologist, allied health clinicians, DBT clinicians and university post graduate students undertaking placements in either their Master or Doctorate degrees in psychology.
Cindy completed Intensive Level 3 DBT training, Advanced training in CBT for depression and anxiety, as well as Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and EMDR.
Qualifications
Cindy has completed a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) with a Graduate Diploma in Psychology; Master of Psychology (Counselling) and Master of Clinical Psychology.
Professional Memberships
Cindy is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Psychologist with Endorsement in Clinical Psychology,
an Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) approved psychology supervisor.
She is a member of the Australia Psychological Society (MAPS) and is a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician with Australia New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED)

Rochelle Pranadi
Provisional Psychologist - Currently not taking on any clients
Rochelle Pranadi is a Provisional Psychologist who has experience working with a variety of different presentations such as: anxiety, depression, stress, grief/loss, relationship issues, work place issues such bullying and harassment, exploring job satisfaction and security and complex presentations.
Rochelle has a warm and compassionate therapeutic style and aims to provide a safe place for healing and growth. She often uses a strengths-based approach by working collaboratively with clients to help them realize their unique individual strengths. Rochelle recognises the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship and will take the time to get to know her clients, taking therapy at a comfortable pace.
